Orders: your name, email, shipping address and order details, collected at checkout by Stripe, so we can ship your order and manage your subscription. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
Site analytics: pages you view, how far you scroll, the plan you pick, clicks on buttons, the ad or link that brought you (for example utm tags), device and browser type, and your approximate city and country from your IP address. We use a random ID stored in your browser to tell visits apart. We don't use it to identify you unless you place an order.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, run subscriptions, answer questions, and understand which pages and ads work so we can improve the store. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), our fulfilment partner (to make and ship your order), and our hosting and database providers. Each uses the data only to provide their service to us.
Your choices
You can clear your browser storage to reset the analytics ID. To see, correct or delete your order information, email support@fulldaynutrition.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
